the Login page. Enter your registered email address and we’ll send you a new randomly
generated password. This is done in order to protect your security. After you
get this new password, you must log onto PremStory using that new password and
locate the “Change Password” section on the “My Account” page, and enter the
new password that you desire.

your username is not allowed. If you feel a strong desire to have your username

click “My Account” on the menu bar at the top of the screen. Locate the “Account
Settings” section at the bottom of that page and update the email at the
appropriate location. Click the associated “Save” button to finalize the

reading?
Answer:
We
believe our creation of your horoscope is the most accurate horoscope creation
currently available on the internet. Each planetary position and Lagna is
accurate to within an arc minute and many of the calculations conducted use the
notion of permutations to derive an even more reliable result. Having said this,
it is always better to get a second opinion reading done by an accredited astrologer,
but don’t be surprised if our version turns out to be more accurate!

Your photos should show more than
just what you look like -- they should communicate your personality and the
things that you love about your life! Ideally, a life that someone would want
to be a part of.
What should you show? Think fun,
happy, warm, interesting, smiles... and think about the things that you love
about your life (painting, traveling, playing with your dog, etc.). The first
photo should be a headshot and the others can be more creative. Just remember
to make them clear, recent and in focus!
Do not send composite/collage or
indecent photos. We reserve the right to choose whether to post, edit or reject
any photo.
Next, choose how you'd like to submit
your photos:
Direct
Upload
The fastest way to get your
photos posted. Click “My Photos” on the menu at the top of the screen. Then
click the “Browse” button, which will open a file dialog popup where you can
select the required photo. Click “OK” followed by the “Upload” button. Then
wait for the confirmation message to appear. This process may take a few
minutes based on the size of the file you are trying to upload as well as your
current internet speed.
Send
scanned photos as an email attachment
Use this method if Direct Upload
does not work for you. Email your photos to Photos@PremStory.com. Be sure to
include your username, first and last name and registered email address.
Send
photos by regular mail
The last resort. Use only if you
were unsuccessful using the first two options. Be sure to include your username,
first and last name and registered email address with your photos.

. How do I update my default profile photo?
Answer:
To update your profile photo,
click on “My Photos” on the main menu at the top of the screen. Locate the
photo you would like to set as your main profile photo, and click the
associated “Set As Default” button directly below the photo. A blue box should
appear around the selected photo, which indicates that this photo is now your
default profile photo.

You are allowed a maximum of 16

. What is the difference between a free
membership and a subscription membership?

With
your free membership, you can post a profile and photos, search potential matches
and view your PremStory.com recommended matches when you're online.
When
you upgrade to a subscription membership, you can also send, read and reply to messages.
As well as request additional details about individual users. And grant or deny
other users that are “Interested In You”, more details about yourself.

. Can I still read and respond to messages if I cancel my
Subscription Membership?

If you
cancel your Subscription Membership, you will not be refunded the unused
portion of membership fees paid for your subscription term. However, all the
membership benefits remain in effect until the term expires. For example, if
you purchase a one-month subscription on June 1st and cancel on June 21st, you
may continue to view profile searches and send messages until the end of June.

. If I bought a 3-month subscription and
cancel after one month, can I get a refund for the remaining two months?

No, we
do not prorate subscriptions. If you fall in love and cancel after your first
month, your Subscription Membership will stay active for the rest of the
subscription plan.

my subscription?

Yes,
if you end your subscription, your profile stays up on the site for free. You
can keep it up as long as you want and become a Subscription Member again when
you see someone you'd like to connect with.
